Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into the original shipping packaging or a secure box of your choice.

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once the items pass inspection.
